A freeze waits ten minutes and can be cancelled by the owner. Any recovery from a frozen wallet is permanently recorded on chain with its reason. There is no self-destruct function — confirmed from the deployed bytecode.

What the chain proves is the allocation and where it sits. Moving funds from a wallet to a riverbank is human work and should be judged on published evidence. The remediation wallet will be published so anyone can read its balance on RichXScan.

Larger buyers purchasing significant quantities through AIA Exchange may redeem for physical gold delivery, the same way: burn on chain, submit the proof, delivery once the burn is confirmed.
The contract does not settle anything and cannot deliver gold, currency or any other asset. Settlement is a commercial arrangement with an exchange partner, governed by that partner’s terms, jurisdiction and solvency — not by the code. A burn is irreversible whether or not settlement follows.

Send only your purchase transaction hash and your RichX Chain wallet address. Never send ID documents by ordinary email. Tokens sent to a wrong address during migration cannot be recovered — follow the published procedure exactly.

What is Ethicoin (ETHIC+)?
A gold-indexed RXC-20 token on RichX Chain (chain ID 20260903) with a fixed supply of one trillion, 9 decimals, no mint function and no transfer fee. It was deployed on 4 September 2026 at 0x7023Bb290be415b05491bBBaa45f4D15e4407E46.
Is ETHIC+ backed by gold?
No. ETHIC+ is gold-indexed: its reference price is calculated from the gold price. The contract holds no metal, custodies no metal and confers no claim on metal.
How is the gold index calculated?
Grams per token = 90,000,000,000 ÷ circulating supply, where circulating supply = totalSupply() minus the remediation wallet balance. Indexed value = grams per token ÷ 31.1034768 × the XAU/USD price. It starts at 0.1 g and rises only if tokens are burned.
Can new ETHIC+ be created?
No. There is no mint function anywhere in the contract — verified against the compiled interface. Supply can only fall, through burning.
What happened to the tokens on BNB Smart Chain?
That deployment is legacy. About 60,000 ETHIC+ sold to customers there are honoured one-for-one from existing supply on RichX Chain. Promotional tokens and airdrops from it are void.
How does redemption work?
You burn ETHIC+ on chain and an exchange partner — AIA Exchange — settles the gold index value against the confirmed burn, under its own terms. Larger buyers may take physical gold delivery through AIA Exchange. The contract itself settles nothing.
Does ETHIC+ pay any yield or staking reward?
No. There is no staking, no reward scheme and no yield. Anyone offering ETHIC+ staking returns is not connected to this project and should be treated as attempting fraud.

About Ethicoin
Ethicoin (ETHIC+) is a gold-indexed token with a fixed supply of one trillion, deployed on RichX Chain on 4 September 2026. It is governed under the laws of the Republic of Seychelles.
Five sentences sum it up. Supply cannot increase, because no function exists that could increase it. Transfers carry no fee, so ETHIC+ works with every router and exchange without special handling. Neither administrative key can create tokens, introduce a fee, or take an ordinary holder’s balance. Gold is a pricing reference that rises as circulating supply is burned, not a claim on metal. Every one of those statements is checkable in a few minutes by anyone with a browser.

Terms of Use & Smart Contract Execution Framework
1. Non-Custodial Sovereign Protocol
Ethicoin (ETHIC+) is a decentralized, non-custodial cryptographic token running on RichX Chain (Chain ID: 20260903). You maintain complete, sovereign control over your private keys, hardware devices, and digital assets. Ethicoin does not hold user custody, cannot freeze non-contractual user accounts, and cannot reverse settled on-chain transactions.
2. Fixed Supply & Zero Mint Guarantee
The total supply of ETHIC+ is strictly and permanently capped at 1,000,000,000,000 (One Trillion) tokens with 9 decimals (Contract: 0x7023Bb290be415b05491bBBaa45f4D15e4407E46). The verified smart contract contains no mint function, prohibiting the creation of additional tokens under all foreseeable circumstances.
4. Legacy BNB Chain Decommissioning
Tickers ETHIC and ETHIC+ deployed previously on BNB Smart Chain are formally abandoned and decommissioned. All free promotional tokens, bonuses, and unverified airdrops from BNB Smart Chain are strictly null and void. Only verified KYC paying customers of ETHIC+ are eligible for 1:1 migration into sovereign RichX Ethicoin.
5. Seychelles Governing Jurisdiction
These terms and all operations of the Ethicoin protocol are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the commercial and digital asset regulations of the Republic of Seychelles.
Gold index and redemption
The gold index is a pricing reference, not a claim on metal and not a guarantee of value. Redemption is a commercial arrangement with an exchange partner under its own terms; the contract only burns tokens.
Privacy Policy: Sovereign Pseudonymity & Zero Surveillance
1. Zero Surveillance & Zero Ad Networks
Ethicoin enforces a strict anti-surveillance policy. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, tracking beacons, behavioral profiling trackers, or invasive telemetry scripts. Your visits to ethicoin.org generate zero commercial advertising records.
2. On-Chain Ledger Transparency
All transfers and burns on RichX Chain are public and permanently verifiable on RichXScan via cryptographic wallet addresses. No personal names, physical addresses, or IP logs are attached to blockchain records.
3. KYC with exchanges
Identity verification for redemption happens with the exchange partner, under its own privacy terms. For legacy migration, send only your purchase transaction hash and wallet address — never ID documents by ordinary email.
4. Right to Erasure
You maintain the right to inspect, update, or request the permanent deletion of any off-chain email communications or records held in our dispatch systems by transmitting a verified request to office@ethicoin.org.
